This Policy outlines Aiculus’ obligations relating to your Privacy and how we handle your personal information during your online and offline interaction with us.  

We are committed to protecting your personal information and using it only for pre-approved purposes. Your Personal information is all information we hold about you from which can be used to determine your identity. This includes your name, title, email address and physical address which we collect when you sign up to download one of the resources on our website. This Privacy Policy sets out the essential details relating to your personal data relationships with Aiculus as:

By using the Aiculus website particularly the user forms, you consent to Aiculus collecting, storing, and maintaining the information you provide. 


We collect your personal information directly from you. We only collect this information to provide an Aiculus product or service, or for our internal administrative functions. We will collect information from you by lawful and fair means. The types of personal information we collect includes your name, address, company, job title and contact details are collected when you register as a new Aiculus member. 
We collect and/or process your Personal Data in connection with the below activities related to our Products: 
Account registration  
Use of certain Product features  
Generating reports based on information collected from use of our Products  
Requesting service and support for our Products and providing such support  
Placing transactions or orders  
Registering to attend a seminar or webinar  
Participating in an online survey  
Billing and collecting payments for our Products  
Participating in discussion groups or forums  
Registering for newsletter subscriptions  
Customising the advertising and content you see  
As a job applicant, we may collect your Resume and Cover Letter

Use and disclosure

We use your information to deliver the contracted services and allow full use of the Application functionality as purchased by the Clients, to deliver training and support to our Application End Users and/or carry out the transactions you have requested, to communicate with you directly through emails, calls, chats, video conferencing and to process payments for Application subscriptions.  

We may send communications to you about new Application/Product features and upgrades, our services and offerings, event announcements, product notices and changes to our terms and policies, programs in which you have chosen to participate promotional offers and surveys and scheduling demos and managing free trials.  

This Information may also be used to advertise and market our products and services, including delivering interest-based advertisements on this Website and other sites or content syndication platforms and websites.  

In some circumstances, we may use or disclose your personal information for purposes related to the main reason we collect it and where such use or disclosure would be reasonably expected by you. We may also share your details with our channel partners as part of our service delivery. While doing this, we may disclose your personal information, such as name and address details for the channel partner to undertake an outsourced activity on our behalf. Please note that we have confidentiality agreements that prohibit our partners from using or disclosing your personal information for any purpose other than the reason it was provided to them. 


If you choose to use our referral service to tell a contact about our products, you represent that you have their consent to provide us with your contact’s name and email address. We will automatically send your contact a one-time email inviting them to visit the website. Unless we are authorised by your contact, we will only use your contact’s name and email address for the purposes of sending this one-time email and maintaining an activity log of our referral program.  


You can choose whether to provide Personal Data to Aiculus but note that you may be unable to access certain options, offers, and services if they require Personal Data that you have not provided. You can sign-up, and therefore consent, to receive email or communications from us. Legal disclosures 

It is possible that we may need to disclose collected information when required by law, subpoena, or other legal processes as identified in the applicable legislation.  We attempt to notify our clients about legal demands for their personal data when appropriate in our judgment unless prohibited by law or court order or when the request is an emergency.  

Change in Control 

We can also share your personal data as part of a sale, merger or change in control or in preparation for any of these events.  Any other entity which buys us, or part of our business will have the right to continue to use your data, but only in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy unless you agree otherwise.  

Technology service providers

Some functions within the Aiculus website uses third party service providers’ technology. These technology service providers may collect, store and process the information provide by yourself on the Aiculus website. All the technology service providers that Aiculus works with on this site have a public Privacy Policy that details how the collection, processing and use of personal information is governed.  
We sign contractual agreements to obligate them to protect the personal information, to only use it to deliver the contracted services to us, to prohibit them from selling it and not to disclose it without our knowledge and permission. Some of these service providers include: 

Marketing Pixels 

Aiculus uses marketing pixels also known as tracking pixels to understand website user behaviour, site conversions, web traffic and other metrics to improve customer experience. We use retargeting pixels for our digital marketers to understand behaviour of our website users 
Analytics and site statistics 
We collect information about page visits and navigation to determine what articles and topics are of greater interest and if users can find content easily. We also collect information about which articles and videos are viewed and whether videos are viewed in their entirety to determine what content is of most interest to users. We use usage information to generate various reports regarding use of our website. Aiculus uses Google Analytics which is a third-party analytics tool for these analytics tasks. Aiculus takes reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised disclosure, or destruction. Aiculus has implemented generally accepted security standards to keep your personal information secure. Only authorised Aiculus staff or approved partners may for approved purposes, access your personal information. 


You may request access to your personal information which is held by us. You should clearly identify the type/s of information you wish to access. Aiculus will process your request within 30 days of receipt of your request.

These rights are included under the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). 
You have the right to be notified of what personal information we collect about you and how we use it, disclose it and protect it. This Privacy Policy describes what personal information we collect and our privacy practices. We may also have additional privacy notices and statements available to you at the point of providing information to us directly. 
We provide the same suite of Services to all our Clients and End-Users worldwide and offer these rights to all individuals regardless of their location or applicable privacy regulations. Please note that in some circumstances, we may not be able to fully comply with your requests, or we may ask you to provide us with additional information in connection with your request, which may be Personal Data, for example, if we need to verify your identity or the nature of your request. In such situations, we will still respond to let you know of our decision.

a) Incorrect Information 
You have the right to update/correct your personal information or ask us to do it on your behalf.  You can edit your information through the user account in the Application or ask us to change or correct it by contacting us at  
b) To Delete or erase your personal information 
You have the right to request deletion of your personal information at any time. We will communicate back to you within reasonable timelines the result of your request. We may not be able to delete or erase your personal information, but we will inform you of these reasons and any further actions available to you.  
c) Object to the processing of your personal information  
You have the right to object to our processing of your personal information for direct marketing purposes. This means that we will stop using your personal information for these purposes.  
d) Ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information  
You may have the right to ask us to limit the way that we use your personal information.   
e) Export your personal data

How long we keep your personal information  
We retain information as it is necessary to provide the Services to you and our Clients, subject to any legal obligations to further retain such information. We may also retain information to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce our Terms of Service and take other actions permitted by law.  The information we retain will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Information connected to you that is no longer necessary and relevant to provide our Services may be de-identified or aggregated with other non-personal data to provide insights which are commercially valuable to Aiculus, such as statistics of the use of the Services.

We process data in locations within Australia and Singapore and rely on legally provided mechanisms to lawfully transfer data across borders, such as contracts incorporating data protection and sharing obligations.  We will only collect and process personal data about you where we have a lawful reason for its collection.
