By using the Aiculus website particularly the user forms, you consent to Aiculus collecting, storing, and maintaining the information you provide.
We collect your personal information directly from you. We only collect this information to provide an Aiculus product or service, or for our internal administrative functions. We will collect information from you by lawful and fair means. The types of personal information we collect includes your name, address, company, job title and contact details are collected when you register as a new Aiculus member.
We collect and/or process your Personal Data in connection with the below activities related to our Products:
Use of certain Product features
Generating reports based on information collected from use of our Products
Requesting service and support for our Products and providing such support
Placing transactions or orders
Registering to attend a seminar or webinar
Participating in an online survey
Billing and collecting payments for our Products

As a job applicant, we may collect your Resume and Cover Letter

We use your information to deliver the contracted services and allow full use of the Application functionality as purchased by the Clients, to deliver training and support to our Application End Users and/or carry out the transactions you have requested, to communicate with you directly through emails, calls, chats, video conferencing and to process payments for Application subscriptions.
We may send communications to you about new Application/Product features and upgrades, our services and offerings, event announcements, product notices and changes to our terms and policies, programs in which you have chosen to participate promotional offers and surveys and scheduling demos and managing free trials.
This Information may also be used to advertise and market our products and services, including delivering interest-based advertisements on this Website and other sites or content syndication platforms and websites.
In some circumstances, we may use or disclose your personal information for purposes related to the main reason we collect it and where such use or disclosure would be reasonably expected by you. Aiculus uses marketing pixels also known as tracking pixels to understand website user behaviour, site conversions, web traffic and other metrics to improve customer experience. We use retargeting pixels for our digital marketers to understand behaviour of our website users

Aiculus takes reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised disclosure, or destruction. Aiculus has implemented generally accepted security standards to keep your personal information secure. Only authorised Aiculus staff or approved partners may for approved purposes, access your personal information.
You may request access to your personal information which is held by us. You should clearly identify the type/s of information you wish to access. Aiculus will process your request within 30 days of receipt of your request.

We provide the same suite of Services to all our Clients and End-Users worldwide and offer these rights to all individuals regardless of their location or applicable privacy regulations. Please note that in some circumstances, we may not be able to fully comply with your requests, or we may ask you to provide us with additional information in connection with your request, which may be Personal Data, for example, if we need to verify your identity or the nature of your request. We may not be able to delete or erase your personal information, but we will inform you of these reasons and any further actions available to you.
